The GW Department of Medicine provides official verification of successful completion of training, using a standardized verification letter.
If you require a specific form, verification is available for the following fee:
- Completion of your institutional form: $75.00
- Once payment is received, you will receive the verification letter in 7-10 business days.
- You may choose to receive the letter by delivery, email or fax.
Training verifications are provided at no-cost to current trainees, to GWU residency graduates within four calendar years of their graduation date, or to GWU fellowship graduates within one calendar year of their graduation date.
